By accessing or using ServicePlus or any of its implementation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
To use ServicePlus, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By using our platform, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of ServicePlus, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it current.
In ServicePlus we expect all users to engage in respectful and responsible behavior. You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe on the rights of others.
Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Use our platform for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using ServicePlus, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Once you create your account in ServicePlus, the footprints are stored at various locations. In order to keep the sanctity of data and to follow the data retention policy, no user data will be removed permanently.
The instance owner reserves the right to suspend your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or ServicePlus.
ServicePlus may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of ServicePlus after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms
1. Password Creation/modification:
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
Include at least one numerical digit
Include at least one special character ( !, @, #, $, %,^, *).
Avoid using easily guessable information, such as common words or phrases
Change your password every 90 days
While changing the password, deny reusing last three passwords
Do not share your password with anyone, including coworkers and IT staff.
Do not write down passwords in easily accessible locations.
Do not use the same password for multiple accounts.
Use two-factor authentication (2FA) whenever possible.
Passwords should not be stored in plain text but stored using strong encryption method.
Hash and salt stored passwords.
After three consecutive unsuccessful login attempts, the account will be locked for a period of 30 minutes.
Notify ServicePlus NIC cell for assistance if you are locked out.
5. Reporting Security Incidents:
Report any suspicion of unauthorized access or security incidents to the ServicePlus NIC cell immediately.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in account suspension or other disciplinary action
This policy will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect any changes in security practices and technologies.
